Amy Ruminski has built her career around people. Connection, communication, and service have always been at the heart of what she does. Her path to real estate wasn’t straightforward…but every chapter led her exactly where she was meant to be.

Amy began her career in television at just 18, interning for The Jenny Jones Show. Her warmth and drive quickly earned her a full-time role, and before long she was managing teams for The Jerry Springer Show and The Steve Wilkos Show. Working behind the scenes taught her how to lead under pressure, keep calm when things get hectic, and handle all kinds of personalities with empathy and grace.

When both shows moved out of state, Amy transitioned into hospitality with Chicago’s DineAmic Group, where her love of people and fast-paced environments continued to thrive. Still, real estate had always been her dream. In 2017, with the full support of her husband and daughter, she decided to make the leap... and never looked back.

Today, Amy is a proud member of Your Home Group with Baird & Warner, working alongside Sabrina and Anthony Erangey. She brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every transaction, combining market knowledge with calm, honest guidance. Her clients know her for her pricing and staging expertise, strong negotiation skills, and genuine care for the people she serves.

She specializes in residential sales throughout the Chicagoland suburbs and has a special place in her heart for first-time buyers and sellers navigating big life transitions. Amy works closely with attorneys, inspectors, and lenders to make sure every detail is handled and every client feels protected and informed from start to finish.

Her business is built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients... a reflection of the trust she earns and the relationships she keeps.

Outside of work, Amy finds joy in faith, family, and everyday moments at home with her husband, Aaron, their daughter, Gianna, and their two dogs: Dexter and Lucy.
